End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Ritualz ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Ritualz mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App.

2. Grant of License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control. This license allows you to use the App’s features as intended.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App.
• Modify or Create Derivatives: Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Distribute: Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App to others.
• Remove Notices: Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of the Developer. This EULA does not grant you any rights to use the Developer’s trademarks, logos, or service marks.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. We may terminate this agreement without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability: That the App is fit for ordinary purposes.
• Fitness for a Particular Purpose: That the App meets your specific needs.
• Non-Infringement: That the App does not violate third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability under this EULA shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the App.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction] for the resolution of any disputes.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this EULA at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated EULA within the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Support and Maintenance

We may provide support and updates for the App at our discretion. However, we are not obligated to provide new features or continued support beyond what is currently available.
